Dayton area leader in automotive manufacturing specializing in precision metal stamping and welded assembly seeking THIRD SHIFT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for DIRECT HIRE opportunity over all of third shift operations! The ideal candidate will have experience in stamping, CNC Machining, and/or assembly, and proven leadership skills. Salary commensurate with experience ($50-55,000/year)
The Supervisor will be responsible for:
Personnel planning
Coordination and orientation of new employees
Testing of new machines and troubleshooting existing equipment in conjunction with Maintenance Dept.
Supervision of all operations in Press Room (Metal Stamping)
Cost control and meeting productivity targets
Preparation, implementation, and participation in internal auditing
Monitoring quality compliance
