About this job
We are looking for a qualified candidate with previous fast food/restaurant experience.
This person will work nights and most weekends. A successful candidate must have previous fast food/restaurant experience with strong customer service and leadership skills. This position manages the overall operations on a daily basis including,training of employees, enhancing their capabilities and fostering growth, as well as service standards, operational procedures and policies, customer satisfaction, sanitation, cash handling, staff motivation, safety and security.
A successful canidate will have following;
- 2 years experience in Fast Food
- At least 1 year as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager
- Must have Food Saftey Certification
- Enjoy people and take pride in what you do
