Kitchen Manager


Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
· Management of food costs in accordance with restaurant goals
· Management of kitchen labor costs in accordance with restaurant goals
· Management of kitchen staff, including scheduling
· Management of all food safety and sanitation standards
· Management of all food quality standards
· Management of inventory and ordering
· Maintenance of kitchen equipment
· Overseeing and participating in daily preparation, cooking and serving of all food items

Ideal Candidate Should Have the Following Experience and Certifications:
· Minimum of 5 years in the restaurant industry
· HS degree or equivalent preferred
· 2+ years of Kitchen Management
· ServSafe Certified
· Clean driving record
