Front of House Manager
Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
· Responsible for all front of the house operations
· Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
· Lead the customer recovery program
· Optimize profits by controlling food and beverage costs in accordance with restaurant goals
· Management of front of the house labor costs in accordance with restaurant goals
· Provide leadership and direction to all 60+ team members to ensure efficient operations
· Direct supervision of shift managers and assistant managers
· Scheduling for all front of the house staff
· Ensure that all quality standards are met
· Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
· Overseeing and participating in daily running of shifts
