High Tide is looking to hire 2 new Account Managers to join our team at the entry level. You'll work directly with our clients focusing on their Marketing, Sales, and Brand Management. What we need is an energetic and outgoing candidate who can thrive in a team environment and is comfortable taking on a leadership role. Since we only promote from within, you will receive the cross training and opportunity to grow your career and your bank account.

 

What are the qualifications?

 

You'll need to love working with people, and be able to bring a positive and upbeat attitude to the office every day. While we do prefer a 4 year degree, we will consider equivalent work experience for the right person. Our company provides full paid training so don't worry if you don't have a ton of experience. We more so want someone with the attitude and skill sets we want who can learn our business and grow with us!


 

What will my day to day look like?

 

Everyday you will work as a team communicating and strategizing with our clients to best execute marketing and sales strategies. At the entry level your main focus will be on account maintenance: you'll follow up on leads ( We DO NOT cold call, canvass, or stand in a retail store with flyers) and do portfolio presentations to generate new accounts. You'll also handle any troubleshooting, upgrades, or problem solving needed with existing accounts. As you grow in the role, we will have you focus on coaching with our Junior Team Members and assisting the Owners with day to day operations.
