Facilities Technician - Full-time / Part-time

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for maintaining several Denny’s lab locations and helping support initiatives being tested in the lab market.  Additionally, this position will be involved in  executing the deep cleaning schedules and minor maintenance of buildings and grounds at multiple locations to include Denny’s satellite offices. This position is responsible for deliveries at Denny’s satellite office.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

Ensures cleanliness of the back of the house for multiple locations

Consistently exhibits Denny's Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles

Maintains a schedule for multiple tasks and locations delivering consistently high standards and organizational skills

Adheres to Denny’s Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures

Places value on diversity and shows respect for others

Completes all other tasks and duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements

High school education or GED equivalent

Experience in minor repairs such as; replacing tiles, caulking, replacing gaskets, painting, etc.
