Home Instead Senior Care is looking for an energetic, self-starter for our entry level Recruitment and Retention Assistant position.  The Recruitment and Retention Assistant is responsible for assisting the Human Resources department in screening, interviewing, and training new CAREGivers.  This position will phone screen and interview CAREGiver candidates, run background checks, help run new hire orientation, maintain employee files, organize quarterly employee training, uphold current employee retention strategies and create new employee retention strategies.  

Qualifications:
- Preferred Associates Degree or Higher
- Preferred experience in recruitment
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Experience in the senior care industry a plus
