Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Event Servers for a contract assignment in Raleigh, NC with our partner, a nationally recognized full-service expanding catering, design and decor services provider. To excel as an Event Server, you need a high level of customer service skill and a willingness to meet guests’ needs quickly and politely.

As an Event Server, you will...

  • Take and process guests’ orders in a timely fashion
  • Maintain a dining atmosphere 
  • Handle guest complaints / requests quickly and with a smile
  • Serve food and drinks

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience as a server
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
  • Ability to work well under intense time pressure
  • Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
