POSITION PURPOSE

In the Sales Administrator role you will be responsible for completing business card order requests from the field sales team and national accounts team as well as assisting with onboarding outside sales professionals by preparing and shipping materials. Along with other duties, you will also be responsible for conducting competitor cross reference requests (national accounts only), custom catalog generation for our corporate customers, and assisting other members of the department as needed.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20%- Assisting with custom catalog generation for corporate customers
20%- Overseeing the Wilmar Sample Account activity including researching orders
20%- Tracking credits
20%- Coordinating with sales professionals/customer service
20%- Providing administrative support for the department

NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to Manager, Sales Administration and Analysis. Has no direct reports.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Strong sense of Customer Service and Sales Support Skills.
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
 
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills; basic Microsoft Outlook experience
