District Facilities Manager (Yorktown Heights, NY) - Full-time

The District Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall district operations of the Quality Maintenance Organization which includes Quality Maintenance Team (QMT) and Preventive Maintenance (PMT), performs routine interior maintenance, routine exterior maintenance, scheduled repairs, same day response guidance. * Lead, train and coach a productive team of Quality Maintenance Technicians * Develop and maintain the highest standards for Customer Satisfaction * Cross train for efficient coverage of all facilities * Facilitate open communication and problem resolution between QMTs , Sears facilities management and Service providers * Insure compliance of health and safety issues for the QMTs and serviced facilities. * Coordinate scheduled visits to all sites in the district * Maintain accurate documentation on all facilities/ files, surveys, digital photos, Passport System, etc. * Management of Vendor relations and Diversity balance * Manage all $40,000 and under Capital Projects * Identify and evaluate all future Capital Projects * Management of onsite evaluations and Major Maintenance issues

* Minimum of 5 years management experience in a Retail environment * Comprehensive experience with development and coaching of associates * Strong preference given to candidates with at least a Bachelor's degree. * Management of Capital Projects preferred * Familiarity with all maintenance and safety issues in each building * Must be Customer Satisfaction focused * Travel 4-5 days per week
