Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team to help us acquire our most valuable asset " our people! This position will be based out of our Corporate Offices located in Chelsea, MA and will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition Team in all phases of the recruitment process, including new hotel openings with a high volume of candidates for numerous positions. Are you a highly organized, creative, self-starter? Do you tackle projects head on with a sense of urgency? If so, we need you!

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

* Recruit, pre-screen and schedule interviews.

* Manage job posting process within the Applicant Tracking System and career job boards

* Adhere to applicant flow process within applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters)

* Support all employee processes related to recruiting, hiring and onboarding

* Work proactively with Talent Acquisition team on job definitions, sourcing strategies, market recruiting networks, and selection

* Provide support to the hotel hiring teams as needed

* Adhere to compliance requirements with all policies, laws and regulations including documentation of hiring decision as well as required tracking

* Assist with Human Resources related projects and reporting as required

* Support and promote the mission and values of Colwen Hotels

* Participate in hiring fair planning, coordination and attendance

* Travel required for property visits, college career fairs, and recruiting events

* Other duties as consistent with this role

Qualifications

* Strong organization skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Previous hotel and/or recruiting experience preferred

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Ability to work in a fast paced results driven work environment

* Customer focused interpersonal skills

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
