About this job


Accurately enter new accounts, sales orders and web-based orders.
Contact customers for various forms to be completed.
Assist customers with order tracking returns, exchanges, and invoice copies.
Answer phone calls, operate a busy switchboard, and route calls expeditiously and efficiently to offer a best-of-class experience.
Assist sales staff with managing chain-store and group accounts, including account creation and sales-order entry from web-based orders.
Support and training marketing materials to maximize sales orders, including introducing new products or monthly specials.
Communicate product-of-the-month presentations to customers.

Requirements

 Must have customer service experience.
 Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good organizational skills.
 Demonstrated intermediate computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, & general PC navigation).
