Main Functions:
Perform administration of corporate ERP and other Database Systems.
Ensure programing and maintenance of corporate report writing of ERP functions related to manufacturing and all other corporate departments.
Provide appropriate technical assistance to staff and outside sales personnel.
Administrates, operates and monitors ERP and other Database Systems.
IBM iSeries Server hardware and software, evaluates and installs software releases, OS patches, performs system backups and recovery.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for Database and Systems Administrator would need the following technical skills and qualifications:
Microsoft SQL 2010 and above.
MySQL for Linux based systems.
Microsoft Server 2008 and above, Active Directory, Exchange, and other Microsoft platforms.
Support for local and remote users in Windows 7 and above.
Server virtualization using Windows Hyper-V and VMware.
Linux.
IP and switched Ethernet networks.
IBM OS/400 Database and OS 400 System Utilities.
Information Technology related Degree
Minimum 10 years of Information Technology experience esp MS SQL ? Database report writing and database server management.
