Answering inbound phone calls
Placing outbound phone calls to customers to schedule payment and arrange payment plans
Provide courteous, friendly customer service in a call center environment
Candidates MUST be available to work second shift - 12:00pm-9:00pm!

Requirements
Do you have?
1-2 years of call center or customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Excellent attendance at current or previous employment
Solid Work History
Computer experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Flexibility to be cross trained on programs and functions
Strong attention to detail
Accuracy in your work
