Work Schedule: 5/8'sMaintenance

PositionDescription

Under limitedsupervision, diagnoses instrument and electrical systems problems. Services,troubleshoots, repairs and/or replaces, aligns, and maintains instrument andelectrical instrument systems, system components, motor control circuits, powersupplies, and PLCs. Performs minimal analytical troubleshooting, repair, andmaintenance with analytical systems specialist supervision. Requires experienceas an Instrument & Electrical Systems Technician.

AdditionalPosition Description

* Mustbe willing to assume the responsibility for his/her crew on all levelsconcerning safety performance, adherence to procedures, laws and regulations,productivity, and quality of work performed.

* Mustfully embrace and promote client driven programs, such as 5S, IEPM, MotorPrecision Maintenance and others.

* Mustshow through action that the keys to an effective maintenance program arePredictive, Preventative and Precision maintenance.

* Exercisesindependent judgment and supervises a particular work group.

* Ableto interpret blueprints, sketches, written and verbal orders.

* Assignsduties, delegates, and follows up on all work in his/her mill area.

* Ableto evaluate the quality and quantity of work being performed in a manner thatreflects the best interest of the company and client.

* Coordinatemaintenance efforts with support groups and assist in planning and schedulingof manpower, resources, and equipment.

* Beinvolved in employee selection and performance evaluation.

* Maintaintime, production, and other records.

* Performsother related work according to the requirements of the project.

* Musthave computer skills using programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail Exchange,SAP, etc.

* Mustbe able to create work orders and buy storeroom parts using SAP. Candidate mustalso understand safety hazards around electricity.

* Knowledgeof and experience working on and around energized equipment. Understand safetyprecautions before starting a job.

* Re-enforcesafety policies and good housekeeping compliance with approved maintenanceprocedures and engineering standards.

* Musthave or obtain an Oklahoma State Electrical License.

* Musthave or obtain an Oklahoma State Mechanical License for process piping.

* Requirements

* Requireshigh school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience.
