Electronic Machine Maintenance - Full-time / Part-time

This is advanced technical work in the construction, installation, calibration, maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment used in production and related services.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Design circuitry by selecting proper components to perform desired functions; modifies and fabfricates a variety of electrical/electronic equipment from schematics and sketches.
Troubleshoot PLC programlogicfor machine control functions.
Installs, maintains, calibrates and repairs plant equipment.
Determone materials and resources needed to complete task.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of the principles and techniques of digital and analog applied electronics.
Knowledge of the construction, use and operation of electrical/electronic and mechanical devices.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic. mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of safety procedures to insure personal and user safety.
Knowledge of welding using arc, gas and mig.
Ability to work from wiring diagrams and specifications.
Ability to interpret electrical, electronic a nd mechanical specifications and manuals.
Ability to construct, calibrate, maintain and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical devices and equipment.
Ability to use standard test equipment and bench tools.
Ability to work within a team environment.

Manufacturing: 3 years

Electrical: 3 years

maintenance: 5 years

PLC: 2 years

Required license or certification:
