Automation Supervisor
Operate mail sorting machine for domestic/international mail and be hands on
Perform maintenance on the machine (replacing belts and rollers) and work with staff
Ability to provide management with daily production reports and administrative functions
Knowledge of various sorting schemes/plans for mail sorting and able to train new hires
Experience operating equipment in a mail presort environment and able to multi task
Knowledge of Postal regulations, adhere and apply company's policies and procedure
Requirements
Experience as a Machine Operator (2 to 3 years) and able to supervisor up to 15 employees
Computer knowledge (MS word/excel) and great communication skills
Ability to be flexible with work schedule, weekends, holidays and work overtime
Committed on getting the assignment completed in a timely matter
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, repetitive task and able to bend/stand all day
Knowledge of Spanish plus
