Print Center Operator

This position is responsible for operating various black and white equipment and scanners.
Ability to quality control work throughout the process.

Organizes and prepares reflective originals for reproduction.
Troubleshoots various black and white equipment to ensure optimum print capacity.
Operates equipment and monitors work for high quality output and timeliness.
Scans documents and set up files using Free Flow software.
Scan various media using scanners and converts to specific file formats according to specifications.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations; performs minor repairs and routine equipment maintenance.
Identify problematic files and respond accordingly.
Proof finished product for any errors.
Priorities jobs accordingly and meet very tight deadlines
Completes paperwork for the billing process.
Cooperative and responsive to change and criticism.
Reliable, punctual and rarely absent.
Able to work well with others
