Class A Food Delivery Driver
Drivers is seeking to hire several qualified local Class A drivers to do pick up and deliveries out of Vernon, CA. At Staffmark Drivers we realize the importance of a happy driver and we do our utmost to ensure that not only are our customers satisfied, but our drivers are as well!

Job Requirements:
Driver will transport refrigerated trailers (48' to 53') of general food product from terminal DC's to DC's or to major specified customer destinations within the local area.
Driver will be responsible for unloading product at the DC's while using a manual or electric pallet jack. Driver must be able to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs.
Driver must be able to work safely and independently and communicate with dispatch throughout day
This position requires driver to work from 8-12 hours per day, with the ability to work in all varied temperatures.
Trailers are refrigerated with temperature control, driver will be required to manage systems temperature; experience w/ reefers is preferred, but not required.
Driver will be responsible for refusal/ damage returns back to distribution center.
Driver must have strong communication skills as driver will be interacting with customers, dispatch and warehouse personnel.
Ability to work in fast paced environment in a safe and efficient manner and work independently. Food experience preferred, but not required.
Shift: Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays (start times are from 2am-5am) -- Flexible schedule is required as facility operates 7 days per week.
Pay rate: $20.00 Per hour

Requirements
Driver Minimum Requirements:
23 years of age or older
Valid Class A license
Valid Medical Card
1 year or more years of Class A Tractor/ Trailer experience within the last 3 years.
Driver may not exceed any combination of 2 moving violations and/or preventable accidents on their MVR in the past 36 months.
NO DUI'S / DWI?S in the past 5 years
NO Reckless Driving in the past 5 years
Current H-6 (10 year) DMV Printout, issued within the past 30 days
