Well known pharmacy advisory company located in the Stockton area is looking an Account Rep -- someone well versed in Sales, Customer Service and/or Account Management. This company offers a broad portfolio of unbiased, evidence-based, drug therapy recommendations and advisory services.

This is a temp-to-hire role supporting an established company with 30+ years of history in the field. They are a trust source of information for many major companies, such as Rite Aid, Kaiser Permanente, Walgreens, Costco, and Wal-Mart, to name a few. There is definite room for growth in this team, and they are passionate about making a difference in the pharmacy and medical communities

Position Overview

The Content Specialist - Account Representative will be responsible for working directly with manufacturers, distributors and resellers of dietary supplements and other natural products to collect labels for inclusion in our Natural Medicines product. This person must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess good record-keeping abilities. This person must be able to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects at the same time. They must be able to easily navigate the internet and conduct research to locate data that may be hard to find.

Key Responsibilities


Create and maintain relationships with a high-volume of customers to ensure products are collected and processed on time.


Use both verbal (phone calls) and written (mainly email) communication skills to contact customers daily.


Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in a CRM for all customer communication.


Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time, which are in various stages of the project workflow.


Must be able to conduct research and locate data on the internet, sometimes with limited information; must have the skills & follow through to locate hard to find data.


Perform duplicate review process of data collected & make assignments to the team.


Use basic image editing skills to crop, rotate, or merge images as needed.


Complete goals during a monthly production cycle using proper time-management and organizational skills.


While most tasks are completed independently, individual must be able to work well with co-workers on the team.



Requirements


Associate's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience


Must have a background in Sales or Account Management


Must be able to multi-task and stay organized


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Great attention to detail and record-keeping skills necessary


Proficient in CRMs and data entry systems


Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills


Strong computer and internet skills


Ability to type at least 50 wpm


Self-motivated person with the ability to work independently and get things done
