Primary Objective:

The Executive Administrator will act as the Commercial Excellence Coordinator and is a highly motivated, creative and resourceful individual that is interested in supporting a growing organization. Commercial Excellence sits within the Sleep and Respiratory Care businesses and includes Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, and Business Transformation. The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the teams, tracking initiatives, coordinating meetings, and providing other operational and administrative support. Commercial Excellence enables our customer-facing teams to deliver and measure sustainable value to customers and patients through global collaboration, teamwork and continuous learning. Job Environment:
  • Periodic travel may be required
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Effectively track, update and chase delegated tasks for key department initiatives and projects to ensure progress to deadlines
  • Plan periodic leadership events such as quarterly management meetings and ensure there are clear action items and follow up
  • Provide meeting support, including scheduling and organizing meeting space and activities, documentation and distribution of minutes and materials
  • Be a champion for team collaboration and communication and be proactive about identifying solutions or methods that increase our teaming
  • Provide overall administrative support for the Vice President of Commercial Excellence, and senior leaders of the team including calendar management travel coordination and expense reporting
  • Order office and other supplies to support day-to-day work and meetings
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned; may be asked to step in and work directly on specific projects
Position Specific Skills:
  • Creative and resourceful in resolving issues, and ability to handle ambiguity
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately while focusing on delivering results with a high attention to detail
  • Must have minimum of intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Clear and direct communicator
  • Ability to think strategically about competing priorities/opportunities and assist in filtering out the right things and driving attention to the important things
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (business administration, marketing, other healthcare related) from a four year college or university
  • One (1) to three (3) years related experience
  • Equivalent experience and/or education will be considered
Preferred
  • Previous experience supporting sales and marketing projects/initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a range of staff levels, from executive management to coordinators and assistants
