Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity for candidates looking to stay in or to move up in the electronic assembly industry. Multiple job types and categories including: Inspection, assembly and loading positions are now available.If you have small part assembly experience, this could be the job for you.SMT and AOIResponsibilities:Operate the Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) machine or Ormon.Operate the dage X-ray Machine.Inspect parts for any defects and other non-conformance's.Enter parts that pass through the machine into electronic system by scanning it.Work in other areas of the department or other departments as and when needed.Requirements:Must have proficient computer skills.Proficient reading and comprehension of documents.Must be detail oriented.Should have a clear understanding of IPC 610 standards.Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.Assembly:- Follow work instructions and/or job traveler included in a kit with required material/parts to complete the job- Assemble PCB (printed circuit boards) by utilizing tools, fixtures, etc. to achieve customer guidelines and acceptable quality standards (i.e. ISO, IPC, etc) - Work in other areas of the department or other departments as and when needed by the supervisors.SMT Loader:- Pick components and prepare kits for manufacturing.- Loading and tear down of loaders.- Follow work instructions and/or job traveler included in a kit with required material/parts to complete the job.- Able to maintain accurate job tracking records.- Shall be accountable for quality, quantity and inspection of work performed.- Work in other areas of the department or other departments as and when needed by the supervisors.- Train co-workers and assist when problems arise.RequirementsMechanical aptitudeGood hand eye coordination is requiredShould have very steady handsExcellent eyesight is a must and should be able to differentiate between colors.HighlightsOn the job TrainingAdvancement Opportunities.
