We provide employment to more than 700,000 people annually and we deal with some of the largest and best companies both nationally and locally.  Pay rate: $33 Hours: Part time 24-30 hours per week Length of Contract: 5-6 months with possibility of extension Some of the key responsibilities for this role are listed below: Partner with Senior Manager, Procedural Solutions to execute Account Administration and Survey Management Procedural Cart Market Research Pilot Administrative support of the accounts Program Survey preparation, create and track emails to stakeholders related to survey, follow-up with Stakeholders, work directly with Field Sales Organization on survey program, consolidate survey responses to support final completion report. Product Supply Maintenance Launch Preparation, product shipping, assemble demo kits for sales reps Assist with ad-hoc requests to ship additional products to individuals in the US Sales Update tracking when reps demo product reaches useful life and ship new product Coordinate inventory shipping trainings/meeting. Will need support coordinating the inventory shipping to/from locations Disposal of product boxes and waste; ensure proper pickup and disposal in product waste containers of product boxes Complex travel planning Skills: Independent Fast learner Strong Follow-up/follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely fashion with good organization Ability to lift 15-20 lbs repeatedly Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
