Today, we are proud to offer a temporary opportunity to work as an Administrative Assistant for a medical supply company in Beaverton, Oregon.Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant will coordinate with office management and other office support personnel to ensure all operational procedures are completed in accordance with company policy and within expected time frames.Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner- Coordinate with office management to set appointments and organize calendar- Assist in completion of work orders, including obtaining and documenting information- Perform data entry of all pertinent information, including scanning documentation received; file documents and folders- Assist with physical inventory under the direction of Branch Manager and Office Administrator- Provide clerical support for preparation of inventory documents- Complete follow-up phone calls efficiently and professionally- Perform any directly related job duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Office Administrator; carry out all position expectations in a professional manner- Maintain regular and predictable attendanceEducation/Experience:- High school diploma or GED- Experience in an office environment- Good communication and customer service skills- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft OfficeKelly Services is a Fortune 500® company headquartered in Troy, Michigan.
