Kelly Services is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to staff electronic or medical assembly, and wire plotting roles in Andover, MN. Assembly workers placed by Kelly Services will enjoy working in a team oriented, energetic atmosphere with various onsite perks. These positions are temp-to-hire and you are eligible after 3 months! They typically convert people to permanent during your 6 month mark. HOW TO APPLY:Please apply directly to this job posting or call our Kelly office at (763) 316-4061.In any of our roles you will be taking part in the construction of temperature sensors - whether you are assembling catheters with our medical assembly team, or prepping wire for orders you will be a part of our electronic manufacturing team!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:We have both first and second shift available. First shift is 6AM-230PM and is Monday through Friday.Second shift is 230PM-1AM and is Monday through Thursday.Our positions pay anywhere between $11 and $13.50 hourly depending on position and shift.In our positions you may complete one, or a combination of the following tasks:- Inspection or Assembly through a microscope or magnifying glass- Bundling, measuring, and or counting wires to prep for orders- Operate smaller machines including (but not limited to): etcher, cutter, salt water testing, tipping, etc.- Soldering- Operate a crimper, cutter, tweezers, microscope, needle nose, potting, spot welding, equipment, and or machines.- Read and interpret standard operating procedures. - Assist department Lead in ensuring the maintenance of all production and support equipment- Support a productive work environment, including housekeeping- Perform other tasks as directed by Supervision / ManagementHOW TO APPLY:Please apply directly to this job posting or call our Kelly office at (763) 316-4061.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
