Supply Chain Billing Clerk

Job DescriptionCollect and confirm accuracy of all charges and expenses for a file to be billed Enter all company departmental shipping and receiving and forwarding into billing system for manual rating Collect and scan documents into the document imaging system for billing packets and visibility Enter all charges, print invoice and mail with applicable documentation to client Audit payment to carriers and service providers for accuracy Manage payment to local vendors, utilities, landlord, among others Process and record direct deposits and electronic bill payments for the brokerage and freight forwarding operation Confirm duty payment and bill if necessary Maintain customer billing matrix. Complete set up of new accounts, credit set up Order and maintain inventory of office supplies for the freight forwarding operation Proactively identify and resolve billing related issues Other accounting and operational functions assigned by the branch manager or supervisor Preparing an or downloading accounts receivable and collectionRequirementsMust have an associate's degree and at least 2 years of billing experience.
