Enrollment Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking a Full-Time Enrollment Specialist in Lincoln, NE. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F. $13.46/hr. This is a temp-to-hire position.  Responsibilities include:  Reviews and screens provider enrollment applications for Nebraska Medicaid. Researches, verifies and documents information pertaining to providers to complete screening and enrollment tasks as defined in the Project's policies, procedures, and protocols as applicable for this position. Provides excellent customer service by managing provider calls, obtaining information and answering questions, and in specific instances, refers callers to the Operations Manager for service and/or resolution.  Qualifications include: Customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)High School Diploma/GED Interested applicants can send their resume to 3850@kellyservices.com.
