Kelly OCG is currently seeking several Computer Technicians for one of our top semiconductor customers in Folsom, CA!
Job description:
Level 2 Tech Support Tester (trust & capability increasing in some areas)
All Level 1 requirements
Able to perform Level 1 debug
Isolate failure to failing component
Use debug tools to collect data for failure analysis
Review execution team pre-sightings for duplicates
System debug and repair (assist in installation and repair of some sightings)
Trained and capable in more than primary area
Execute pre-existing tests using test procedure documentation and suggest improvements
Use Automation to launch tests, collect test results and suggest improvements
Baseline new tests (as provided by leads)
Skills
Requires supervision/direction on some assigned tasks
Able to execute within defined parameters
Results are trusted- only critical data verified
Good debug skills (Level 1)
Needs some direction for next steps, starting to take own initiative
Assist in hardware work, install boards and rack work
Follows test procedures and questions for accuracy
Compensation is $18 - $20/hour.
