Medical Device Technician

Medical Device Technician needed in Plymouth, MN   Pay: $17/hr. Duration: Open ended Hours: Primarily daytime work (Monday-Friday 8 hours per day between 8:00AM and 5:00PM) but may occasionally require overtime during evenings or weekends.    This position is considered a direct hire positions with Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group. Positions come with medical benefits, paid time off, including vacation, sick time, and holidays. They are long term roles based on business needs that have been outsourced to KellyOCG by our customer. Outsourced roles are not temporary positions.    Job Scope:   Medical Device Technicians are responsible for pilot lab operations support   Responsibilities: Follow processes to clean and inspect devices Keep accurate inventory of parts and devices Light assembly, rework and service of prototype and final devices Execute manufacturing and process work instructions for prototype products and record results accurately. Provide recommendations as needed to improve processes. Perform inspection of products and parts as needed and report results accurately. Maintain pilot lab space, equipment and supplies. Assist engineers and quality personnel with lab tasks and equipment if required to perform either new product development or prototype validation/quality control tasks.   Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
