Bilingual Customer Service- French/English

Job DescriptionExcellent career opportunity to provide emergency roadside assistance to tractor trailer drivers across the US and Canada in a corporate setting. You will use critical thinking and problem solving skills to assist in minor troubleshooting with customers over the phone. Will research the internet and use mapping software to assist drivers experiencing problems with their trucks. You will service as the liaison for the driver and the repair center managing repair cases. Qualifications* Excellent computer skills to include MS Excel and proficient typing skills* Fluency in both English and FRENCH to include reading, writing and speaking both language.* Desire to provide exceptional customer support2nd shift openings with the ability to work any day of the week. Schedules rotate weekends every other month. Break room, vending machines, cafeteria and exercise room on premises. Pay rate is $17.00 to $18.00 /hr. To be eligible candidates must have fluency in both English and FRENCH.
