Compliance Administrator  Industry: Medical Device Pay Rate: $18- 20 hrly     Length of Assignment: Indefinite  Responsible for the intake and validation of service requests from internal business partners as well as the preauthorization and invoicing of those request. Duties/Skills Required: Perform duties associated with ensuring compliant PR&O HCP Engagement processes (Needs Assessment, Contracts, Service Request, Invoicing and Payments) as support relates to Center of Excellence business partners/customers Manage HCP consultant service activity requests Ensure new service requests align to the approved needs assessment plans Manage and track modifications to the needs assessment plans Work with internal business partners to create or amend HCP consulting agreements High level of accountability while managing HCP interactions Serve as a point of contact with business partners for HCP engagement interactions Implement new process and improve current processes around HCP consultant engagements Proper document retention of all contractual documents General administrative duties as required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Required 3 - 5 years of professional experience required as a minimum Healthcare compliance experience preferred, not required Working with SOP’s High technological and business aptitude Excellent organization and communications skills Strong Attention to Detail required Participation on cross-functional teams and across a matrix organization preferred, not required Knowledge of federal health care program laws and FDA regulations and Open Payments expertise preferred, not required   This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
