Simsbury, CT Pay Rate: $16.00/hr (Weekly Pay!) Hours: 30 hours a week. Minimum of 20 hours per week. Job Description: The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Process & Customer Experience manager and be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and/or workflows. The analyst will also work on assigned projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a college/graduate student with strong analytical and computer skills. Looking for candidate to work 30 hours a week. Experience/Skill Requirements: Proven computer savvy and experience performing analytical/quantitative activities in spreadsheet/database types of software applications. Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, Access and other Microsoft products. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills and an aptitude for evaluating, analyzing and interpreting information. Strong organizational and project/task management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and multi-tasking ability. Collaborating to define and refine workflows. Completes tasks with accuracy and proper attention to detail. Education: Pursuing degree in area with analytical emphasis (e.g., math, computer science, computer information systems, accounting or business) is a plus.   Why Kelly®?
