Customer Service Representatives - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services has multiple Customer Service positions available in Mason, OHThese positions are scheduled to start on June 26th and should last at least 6 months. Pay will be $13.62/hr. Call center is open from 8am-9pm Monday thru Friday, 9am-7pm on Saturday. You must be available to work any hours call center is open. Job Description: Customer Service Representative Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with consumers and internal business partners via multiple channels. Major Duties and Responsibilities * Communicate effectively and professionally with customer via phone, email and live chat. * Investigate and answer customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, shipments & products. * Explain pricing and insurance benefits * Place outbound telephone calls or compose outbound emails to follow-up with customers.* Partner with doctors to ensure prescriptions are valid. * Schedule eye exams for patients of doctors.Knowledge & Skills * Excellent telephone techniques, includes using courteous language and proper grammar. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent active listening and comprehension skills. * Ability to demonstrate empathy to the caller s situation. * Ability to negotiate win/win resolutions.* Ability to multi-task and prioritize handling of issues in a high stress/high pressure environment. * Ability to maintain composure when dealing with irate customers. * Proficient computer skills required. Education * High School diploma required (College or University degree preferred) Experience * Call Center experience preferred * 2 or more years Customer Service experience * Knowledge in Basic Optics helpful * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Other Must be able to work extended business hours and weekend hours on a rotating basis.
