Job DescriptionKelly Services is recruiting for multiple Call Center Representatives roles in Plymouth, MN! These are a temp-to-hire opportunities with our national client Stanley Security Solutions and we are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join the team. Positions start Monday, June 5th so contact us today!Pay rate: $15.50/hr + 20% shift differential for hours worked Saturday & Sunday. Additional increase in both pay and differential when hired perm. -3 Shifts to choose from! MUST work weekends!- 7:30am-4pm- 3:30pm-12am- 11:30pm-8am-Temp-to-Hire!The purpose of this position is to provide service to customers by monitoring alarm systems and notifying proper authorities, customers, and/or their designees upon receiving an alarm signal indicating a possible fire, burglary, hold-up, or any other abnormal condition at the customer-s location. DUTIES:- Interprets coded audible or visible signals received on alarm signal board from subscriber-s premises that indicate opening and closing of protected premises, unlawful intrusions, or fire, etc - Dispatches to the proper public safety agency when necessary after receiving an alarm. - Insures that complete and accurate information is entered in the console log as well as on Dispatch and Incident Reports.- Answers the phone promptly and courteously by limiting the response to three rings and assisting the customer immediately with any help they may require. - Maintains the operator log with all the necessary information that occurs during the shift.SKILLS- Excellent communication, interpersonal and professional telephone skills.- Strong customer service orientation - Effective reasoning ability; solve practical problems, interpret and take decisive action on instruction. - Ability to exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential information and matters.RequirementsEducation & Experience:- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.- Two+ years in a customer service discipline, and/or call center or Security support experience- Must have basic computer and typing proficiency, be able to hear and distinguish different sounds on audio surveillance systems.- Must be able to work weekends. - Must be able to sit at work station from extended periods of time- Must be able to distinguish between red and green colorsHighlightsStart dates with Stanley Security begin June 5th, so reply to this posting TODAY!
