Injection Molding Maintenance Technician-Houston, TX Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technician. This opportunity is for one of our top Life Science clients at its location in Fort Worth, TX. The assignment is a 12-month position and tentatively starts June 2017. Duties and Responsibilities: (but not limited to): Working with equipment PM’s and they are to be completed in a timely manner. Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain hydraulic, electric and pneumatic components, motors, electrical systems and other components on injection molding presses and systems. Execute repairs to various related equipment. Understand impact of machine downtime to organization; provide assistance to others when needed. Performs equipment failure analysis (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance). Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts through the manager as needed. Communicate issues and problems to Supervision. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must have 2 years in Injection Molding/Plastics industry. Must have knowledge of injection molding equipment; mechanical troubleshooting and repair theory. Ability to read, write, and understand written specifications, procedures and prints. Ability to execute from verbal instructions. Must possess good organizational and communication skills. Must possess good mechanical aptitude and have the ability to work on close tolerance equipment and/or parts.
