Our client, the largest Managed Healthcare, for profit firm, is currently seeking a Project Administrator for a 1 year temporary position with the opportunity for it to be extended.  This position is located in Norfolk, VA. Monitor activities to ensure project objectives are met within established time frames and budgets. Additional responsibilities will include scheduling, conducting and attending meetings, supporting management in overall objectives, assessing costs and savings and assist in the payments of vendor invoices. Will prepare and deliver presentations as required Primary duties are administrative, setting up SharePoint site, helping with scheduling of big meetings, working with various administrative professionals across company, taking minutes, working with the Project team on any tracking they need to do based on inputs on department from across Project team.
