Job DescriptionNow Hiring Long Term Temp to Hire Assembly / Production Workers! $12.50/Hour plus receive a $100 sign on bonus after working 160 hours!Kelly Services seeking 2nd shift Assembly / Production candidates to become an integral part of our team at an innovative and leading international medical device company in McHenry IL! You will perform assembly and production line tasks to produce breast pumps as well as other related healthcare products that will be shipped to new moms and medical facilities all over the world!Hours:3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Monday through FridayPay:$12.50 Responsibilities:- Assembly and Production- Assemble, fold and stuff parts and components - Work with a team to assemble entire products or components- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts- Prepare finished products for shipment- Maintain a clean and orderly work area- Read and follow given written/diagram instructions- Accurately count parts for assembly and inventory- Identify and discard defective or flawed partsRequirementsQualifications:- Completed high school diploma or GED- Ability to handle physical workload, able to lift up to 50 lbs & stand 8-10 hours daily- Ability to work well in teams- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep pace with rate of production- Strong attention to detail- Reliable transportation HighlightsBenefits:- Weekly paychecks- Perkspot (Kelly Services discount program)- Climate controlled environment- Temp to Hire Opportunity - once hired on the benefits include the followingo Significant pay increaseo Up to $300 monthly bonuses...
