Customer Care Representative - Full-time / Part-time

  Our client, one of the leading healthcare company, is currently seeking several experienced Customer Care Representatives for their Tampa, Florida location. Anticipated Start Date: Monday, 6/26 Duration: 6 to 12 week project with the Top Performers possibly being extended to a Contract to Hire Opporunity! Working Hours: Monday through Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Customer Care Representative is responsible for responding to inbound calls from customers to provide them with ID Cards, benefit review, changing doctors and assist with finding a new doctor.  Additional responsibilities include: Operates a computer to obtain and extract information such as documents information, activities and changes in the database. Documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Provides customers with requested information.   Job Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience at least 1 year in a Call Center Customer Service environment. Previous experience using computer and database systems are required. Good typing and keyboard skills. Good oral and written communication skills.
