Job DescriptionSeeking for a Temporary Office Administrator in South Austin - Position paying at 15p.This position will start immediately! Job Description:As the Office Administrator, you will be executing directives from our Operations and Human Resources managers.You will handle reception, admin, and office management duties, serving as the first point of contact for the company. Common administrative duties required (such as filing paperwork, printing labels, managing incoming & outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies, keeping paperwork flow organized). You will keep the office organized, handle internal and external inquiries, process paperwork, and help organize the flow of information through our system. Office Administrator Job Tasks include but are not limited to the following: - Serve as first point of contact for the company. Answer all incoming calls and route to appropriate extension, take messages when necessary. Greet visitors, vendors, employees. - Respond to inquiries and provide instructions regarding job application process and hiring procedures.- Assist with time-clock management, new hire on-boarding, paycheck distribution, general employee questions.- Maintain & organize personnel and vendor files.- Check mail daily & prepare outgoing mail and shipments.- Maintain mailing supplies - envelopes, stamps, return address labels, etc. - Maintain office supply, general housekeeping & paper product inventory.- General filing and office organization.- Receive and sort customer payments.
