Custodian - Full Time

Job DescriptionDay CustodianDuties: Custodial work requires proficiency in the use of tools, equipment and chemicals required to perform custodial work, including the ability to follow instructions for safe use of products and equipment. Safety gear may be required during the use of equipment and chemicals. Work requires repetitive bending, stooping, lifting, load carrying, ascending/descending stairs, ladder climbing, pushing and pulling.The key role is to respond to a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks within professional office buildings, private and public areas. RequirementsEssential Qualifications: Ability to understand verbal and read written instructions competently in English and write legible notes to report building problems, and to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height.Individual must be dependable, motivated with strong communication skills.Current Kelly associates are encouraged to contact the office directly to apply.
