Job DescriptionCut & Trim Technicians at LM Wind PowerKelly Services is seeking applicants for production positions available for LM Wind Power in Grand Forks, ND.Starting Pay Range is $16.34 - $17.34 per hour. Positions are Contract-to-Hire. SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Current shift we are staffing for is Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30pm. Overtime is paid for all hours over 40 in the pay week.Position Description and Primary Duties: The Cut & Trim Technician is responsible for trimming the outside edges of the wind turbine blade; grind and blend the seam until the surface is smooth; apply additional fiberglass as needed; inspect product to ensure quality standards are met.
