Job DescriptionHR -Own, maintain and enhance every aspect of the Human Resources function.-Onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, benefits, learning and development, compliance and culture building initiatives.-Partner with managers to develop a career roadmap trajectory for the employees in different departments.-Support the executive team by providing feedback, recommendations, and counsel on all HR related matters.-Design and deliver training on a variety of HR topics to managers and employees.-Perform compensation and equity benchmarking; manage the HRIS system.-Oversee all the petitions for foreign nationals such as H1, O1, Green-cards, etc.Recruitment -Oversee all activity within the recruitment function -Develop efficient processes for building candidate pipeline and exceptional candidate-s experience.-Own the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to closing candidates and everything in between.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a top-tier university. Master's degree preferred.-4 years of relevant professional experience with an accomplished track record.-High-level of expertise in multiple areas of human resources such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, etc.-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
