Project Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Title:  Project Coordinator Location: Penn Plaza,  New York City Duration: 12 Months contract to hire Compensation: $35.00 to $42.00 Per hour depending on experience   This position supports the Director of Anti-Piracy & Web Security in special project work to protect against, investigate and take action against the distribution of illegal copies of content and materials online and in print. This would include monitoring, tracking, and processing for removal infringing copies of content being promoted, sold and or distributed. Detail oriented and self-motivated candidate desired.  Job duties include:  * support anti-piracy vendor workflows  * analyzing reporting from anti-piracy vendors  * verifying infringement of digital piracy  * searching for piracy and submitting DMCA reports  * monitor and respond to emails regarding anti-piracy and counterfeiting  * create and maintain databases and/or spreadsheets as needed  * receive and log deliveries  * assist with investigations and inspections  * participate in field audits at warehouse locations as needed (travel required)  * provide research support as needed  A Successful Candidate will have:  * Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum 3.0 GPA  * Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)  * Capable of repetitive lifting of 25 lbs (Will be moving/sorting books during audit activities)  * Ability to travel overnight on occasion within the United States for audit activities  * Basic knowledge of searching the internet  * Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint  * Experience or interest in working in the field of intellectual property rights a plus Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
