Instructional Designer Wanted at ACT!

Job Description- Design and develop content with varying levels of complexity to meet internal CBT needs - Develop online product training modules to be delivered via LMS- Combine video and/or audio files into one unique CBT course- Embed instructional design elements into CBT courses including, but not limited to, quizzes, tests, certifications, - Maintain quality and security control on instructional design activities- Maintain working knowledge of learning principles and theories for face-to-face, online, and blended instruction- Provide progress reports as scheduled by supervisor- Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in making work-related decisions- Communicate effectively and efficiently with ACT staff members - Maintain regular and predictable attendance- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding corporate informationRequirementsEDUCATION: - Bachelor-s degree in a related area preferred- Formal training or demonstrated proficiency in instructional design required- Certificate or other recognized credential documenting competence with e-learning tools, i.e., Articulate- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquiredEXPERIENCE:- A minimum of three years related experience developing CBT or other professional learning content Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
