Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strong Order Fulfillment Associate to assist our customer in Broomfield. This position is a long term contract position at this time. The basic job description is as follows:A detail oriented person who takes pride in supporting the company-s success through sales fulfillment (order fulfillment). This role will partner with multiple internal groups including Sales teams, IT, Finance, and Accounting to develop and maintain efficient processes, and support sellers through order fulfillment and order inquiries. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Partner with the sales organization to drive order closureOne-touch resource for sales; responsible for liaising with all organizations involved in the order process (finance, legal, order management, etc.) on behalf of salesEnsure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. Be a sales advocate & partner to internal organizations to understand contract requirements. Provide support and oversight as necessary to ensure proper order entry for all business salesWork with management to identify process improvement and/or sales training opportunitiesMiscellaneous reporting and process documentationStrive to meet or beat published service level agreementsSpecial projects as neededQualificationsAssociates degree or higher OR 2+ years professional work experience2+ years data entry experienceFamiliarity with an order entry or CRM system, such as Salesforce.com preferredExperience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and OutlookCustomer facing experience with a customer service attitudeConsistent attendanceOccasionally will need to work early or late in an effort to support global officesDetail orientated and attention to detail a must Ability to work well with variety of different peopleExcellent organizational skills to monitor and prioritize multiple activities at onceEffective skills in process development and continuous process improvementIf you are interested in this position, please reply here or call our office at 303-444-7750.
