Customer Service Representatives - Urbandale, IA Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our client, one of the world’s leading equipment and manufacturing companies, at its location in Urbandale, Iowa.  This assignment tentatively starts in June 2017.  Job Description This employee will provide current and potential customers of an Ag/Turf/Construction company with product and service information, using both internal and external resources while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Customer interactions will be handled by phone & email and will require efficiency in multitasking and problem solving skills. Will Provide Technical Desktop Support to customers. Duties and Responsibilities •    Will Provide Technical Desktop Support to customers to remotely reset GPS systems •    Effectively document customer, dealer, and/or company personnel interactions and issues •    Distribute additional product/service/policy information to customers, dealers, and personnel •    Develop common solutions to problems with team members to maintain required service levels •    Maintain the accuracy and availability of customer related information online •    Assist in the promotion of company products/services/programs through special program offerings, special mailings and pro-active user contact •    Negotiate with customers, dealers and company personnel to provide the proper policy execution and adequate resolution Skills and Qualifications •    4-year degree highly preferred. High School diploma/equivalent required.  •    Strong Experience in Hardware/Software, Technical Desktop Support •    Agriculture or farming background is desired- Will be supporting Ag & Turf customers in US and Canada •    Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and experience, including effective communication and listening skills •    Must exhibit a high level of professionalism at all times •    Bilingual in the following languages is a plus, but not required: (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Russian) Term of Assignment •    Long-term, 3+ year contract based on candidate performance and client business needs.  •    Extreme flexibility is needed due to the schedule requirements of supporting a 24/7, 362 days a year support center.  •    Training will be on 1st shift and last roughly 8 weeks. After training has been completed, candidate must be able to work, and rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Shifts including one weekend day (Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday) and holidays (with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) will also be required.   Important information  This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
