Senior Customer Service Specialist

Job DescriptionKelly Services is looking to hire a Senior Customer Service Specialist for our client in Eden Prairie, MN. The Senior Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:* Building and maintain agreements for customer accounts* Handling complex and escalated customer concerns and inquiries * Reconcile consignments and manage discrepancies* Receiving and entering in orders* Reviewing purchase orders* Review shipping discrepancies * Prepare customer orders for shipping * Respond to incoming customer calls and emails and responding* RequirementsRequired qualifications:* Computer skills: Word, Excel , SAP and ERP/CRM* Associate Degree required, Bachelor degree preferred* 5 years sales or customer service / administration experience* 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment * OEM supplier environment preferred* Strong understanding of customer EDI interface* Type 40-45 wpm HighlightsPossible temporary to hire opportunityStable and well respected MN based manufacturing organization Professional work environment Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
