Job DescriptionMachine Operators --- 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Opportunities!!JOBS is seasonal from April to November - possibly longerSUMMARY:Learn all workstations for various part production without hesitation and produce products at predetermined rates constantly.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Responsible for learning all stations associated with various parts- Responsible for producing parts at predetermined rates on a consistent basis- Responsible for training of temporary employees on molding machines- Responsible for housekeepingOTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:- Other duties as requiredSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES:- Must have knowledge and ability to repair parts away from the production line- Must be flexible and able to multi-task effectively- Must work well within a team atmosphere- Must have the ability to work without direct supervision- Ability to read and interpret work instructionsENVIRONMENT:- Must tolerate working environment with inside ambient temperatures reaching 100+ degrees- Must tolerate dust and occasional fumesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:- Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment- Must be able to continuously stand on concrete floors- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.Send Resume to 3329@kellyservices.com or call 810-667-3077 for additional informationHighlightsWeekly PaycheckEmployee Perks and DiscountsGroup Rate Insurance Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
