Job DescriptionKelly Services is hiring for long term temporary and temp-to-hire positions in Coppell, TX. This is a CLEAN/TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED environment. A MONDAY-FRIDAY work-week. No experience needed. Successful ASSEMBLERS will test functionality of cell phones, replace parts, and buff/polish cell phones to customer standards. Successful RECEIVERS will effectively and accurately receive goods, utilize serial numbers in a warehouse management system to return goods into the system, and follow detailed work instructions with a very low error rate. RequirementsPosition Requirements- 1st shift opportunities: Monday-Friday 4:00am-2:30pm- 2nd shift opportunities: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-130am- Pay rate: $10.10-11.00 per hour- Must be flexible to work overtime as business dictates.- 6 months previous warehouse, production, fast food, or manufacturing experience preferred. - Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand on feet for entire shift.- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and/or pull. - Able to work in a fast paced / high stress environment with minimal supervision. - Able to work as part of a team. - Test to validate the functionality of the device- Validate device ability to make and receive calls- Ability to use necessary equipment to clear device and/or update device software- Buff and polish device to customer standards and requirements- Obtain replacement parts from inventory or from another device- Monitor, validate and report inventory levels.
