Order Fulfillment Specialist

We currently have an exciting contract opportunity for a Order Fulfillment Specialist with a medical device manufacturing company located in Lafayette, CO.         Duration is a 12 month assignment, possible extension, however no guarantee.  Pay rate is $15.00/hour. JOB DETAILS Shift - 1st shift, 30 hours per week M-F, between hours of 8am - 5pm, worker can set schedule with manager  This is a shipping/order fulfillment position, completely in an office environment. Need 2 years of professional experience and good people skills.  This Order Fulfillment position will facilitate the timely completion of accurate picking, packaging, and shipping of orders.  Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:  Accurate adjustments to inventory stock.  Pick / pull items with high level of accuracy.  Package customer orders appropriately for domestic and international shipments  Ship orders domestically and internationally  Create shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.  Communicate directly with other departments via email and provide information requested.  Ship all available orders daily to maintain a high on time ship rate.  Package orders to ship to customers  Invoice orders in company system  Ship orders with Fedex and DHL system – domestically and internationally  SKILLS  High School Degree Typically 2 years or more professional working experience Must be able to use a computer with previous work experience in MS Outlook and Excel Proficient typing skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the talent for teamwork Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy    Why Kelly®?
